750mL | Zero Alcohol Sparkling Wine Alternative
Sophisticated. Adult. Expertly crafted by the vineyard.
From the visionary husband-and-wife duo behind Niagara’s acclaimed Leaning Post Winery, Ilya and Nadia, comes a Rosé that redefines the non-alcoholic space. Verto Rosé isn't a "de-alcoholized" wine that has lost its soul in the lab; it is a groundbreaking, never-fermented sparkling alternative built from the ground up using "wine thinking."
Crafted by a winemaker and sommelier, Verto begins where all great wines do: in the vineyard. By using early-harvested Riesling grapes (Verjus), Verto captures the natural tension, vibrant acidity, and structural "grip" that fine sparkling wines are known for, providing a complex, dry experience that rivals its alcoholic counterparts.
Vibrant Verjus, hibiscus florals, and a dry, wine-like finish.
