Natural Red Wine
Spaghetti Western captures the rugged elegance of the Texas High Plains, drawing inspiration from both Old World tradition and bold, Western flair.
Vinification: Handpicked, ambient yeast, unfined/unfiltered, 40ppm SO2. Made purely from Texas fruit.
Tasting Notes: This unique blend greets the palate with rich layers of dried fig and a touch of cinnamon spice, reminiscent of the dusty trails and open skies. Earthy undertones of Italian herbs are perfectly balanced by the smooth, rustic charm of Montepulciano, Aglianico’s structured tannins, and Sangiovese’s vibrant acidity.
The finish is a playful nod to "new boot goofin'," offering a bit of swagger and warmth with every sip. Perfect for those who appreciate the adventurous spirit of Texas winemaking paired with the classic sophistication of Italian varietals.
