ByHendo Shaft Espresso Cocktail is a highly popular, ready-to-drink Canadian coffee cocktail that pays homage to the legendary "Shaft" beverage famously popularized in Victoria, British Columbia. This premium, nitro-infused canned cooler masterfully blends clean vodka, a luscious coffee liqueur, and the rich, bold depth of locally roasted nitro cold brew espresso. When given a gentle shake before opening, the nitro activates to deliver a beautifully thick, cascading crema and a velvety mouthfeel. On the nose, it offers robust aromas of freshly ground espresso beans, dark chocolate, and sweet vanilla. The palate is deeply satisfying, showcasing a perfect balance of bold, unsweetened cold brew coffee, lightly sweetened cocoa notes, and a smooth, spirited kick. It finishes remarkably crisp and energizing. It is best enjoyed poured tall over ice, sipped straight from a deeply chilled can, or customized with a splash of cream or milk.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with hearty, savory brunch fare such as maple-glazed bacon, breakfast sandwiches, or chicken and waffles. For dessert, it is an absolute standout alongside classic tiramisu, vanilla bean ice cream, dark chocolate brownies, or buttery shortbread cookies.
