PID temperature precision in a machine you just plug in and pour. No plumbing, no complexity. The Mozzafiato Cronometro V gives you the same copper boiler, the same thermal stability, and the same shot timer as its rotary sibling, with a vibration pump that runs straight from the reservoir.
A 1.8 L copper boiler with 9 mm brass end plates and full insulation holds temperature across shots. The PID controller with four settings accommodates everything from light Nordic roasts to traditional Italian blends. Brew and steam simultaneously. Flat-panel body with cast alloy side panels. Handcrafted in Milan.
