Modbar Automated Pour Over Coffee Machine
CaffeTech presents the Modbar Automated pour over coffee machine. Since the introduction of the Modbar Espresso system (“Modbar EP”) and the Steam and Pour-Over systems in 2013, Modbar has responded to customer feedback from previous models placed in the field and developed a pour over machine. With the help of La Marzocco, Modbar introduced a new product improvement system, and brought R&D together with La Marzocco’s team. This collaboration has given Modbar the resources needed to build an addition to the Modbar product line .
Brew by hand using one of the two included spray tips, or teach the machine up to 25 different recipes accessible at the touch of a button. Adjust flow rate to suit your brew method and extraction preferences. The pour over by Modbar pour over coffee machine offered through CaffeTech comes with the same level of reliability, performance and temperature stability that's needed for great pour over coffee.
Modbar’s software enables the user to dial in the Pour-Over module to follow exact time interval and water volume recipes. Control brew temperature, saturation and flow rate on the module.
Each Pour-Over tap connects to one under counter module with water and communications cables. The stereo-sized module fits neatly under the counter with easy access to program recipes, adjust flow rate, and service the gear.
