Michter's US1 Unblended American Whiskey
A distinctive expression that stands apart in the American whiskey landscape. Michter's US1 Unblended American Whiskey is crafted using a proprietary maturation process that employs whiskey-soaked barrels to develop extraordinary richness and complexity.
After a nearly three-year hiatus, this beloved whiskey returned to the market in late 2013 when then-Master Distiller Willie Pratt declared it "just right" and "the best it's ever been." The wait was worth it—this expression showcases Michter's commitment to releasing whiskey only when it reaches peak perfection.
Crucially, US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits, earning its "unblended" distinction and delivering pure, authentic whiskey character. Expect smooth, approachable flavors with notes of caramel, vanilla, and gentle spice that make it versatile enough for sipping neat or mixing in cocktails.
Perfect for those who appreciate American whiskey crafted without compromise, where patience and quality take precedence over production schedules.
