Martin Miller's Gin
Martin Miller’s Gin was launched in 1999 with a mission to reinvent English gin through obsessive attention to detail and quality. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills at Langley Distillery in the West Midlands, it uses a twin-distillation method that separates citrus peels from earthier botanicals to preserve their character.
After distillation, the spirit is shipped to Borganes, Iceland, where it is blended with glacial spring water from the Selyri Spring. This water is known for it's purity and softness. The botanical blend includes juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, cassia, cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg, and Seville orange peel.
- Martin Miller’s Gin opens with bright citrus, soft spice and a hint of cucumber.
- The palate is clean and balanced, with juniper, orange peel and warming spice.
- Finishes long and smooth with subtle earthiness and a crisp, dry lift.
Pairs well with pork, chicken and vegetarian dishes.
