Their Extra Brut Cider - Small Batch is considered one of the best on the market. The production of their Small Batch cider is carried out using traditional pressing and fermentation methods.
The apples are carefully selected in to guarantee the quality of the juice. This juice is then bottled for a natural fermentation, giving the Small Batch its extra sparkle.
This Small Batch cider is made from 5 varieties of traditional apples (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.).
This cider is an extra brut with character, distinguished by bitter notes and a robust, tannic taste. The finish is revealed by notes of terroir, recalling the Norman and farm origins of the product. Perfect as an aperitif or with cheese, charcuterie and game.
- ABV: 5%
- Crafted in Normandy, FR
