Sourced from high-altitude La Morra slopes, this exceptional single-vineyard Cru displays stunning aristocratic refinement. Fresh balsamic and dried rose petal aromas introduce a supple, silky palate marked by bright cherry flavors, savory mineral tension, and sweet, traditional tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs spectacularly with classic braised beef shank in Barolo reduction, fresh tagliolini tossed with white Alba truffles, roasted game birds, or aged Castelmagno cheese.
93 Points - James Suckling
Notes of plums and cherries with a hint of blue fruit as well as violets, cocoa and bark, following through to a medium to full body with chalky tannins and a stony, mineral backbone. Lengthy and chewy. Try after 2028.
