LEGACY
Commercial beverage capability in a refined tabletop format. Freshly ground coffee, soluble ingredients and intuitive touchscreen service come together in one space-conscious automatic machine.
One machine. More ways to serve.
The E.D. Legacy blends freshly ground espresso with three soluble ingredient canisters, opening the menu to milk-based coffee, chocolate and other instant specialties without expanding the equipment footprint.
Freshly ground coffee
Beans are ground for each selection before the professional brewing system prepares the coffee.
Milk-based favourites
Powdered milk capability supports approachable cappuccino, latte and café-style menu recipes.
Instant specialties
Multiple soluble canisters allow chocolate and other powder-based drinks to join the everyday menu.
From selection to cup in a few clear steps.
The large colour display presents a visual drink menu, while the height-adjustable dual outlet accommodates a useful range of cups and helps keep service intuitive.
Capability without complexity.
High ingredient capacity, automatic cleaning and connected management tools help the E.D. Legacy support office coffee service, hospitality and other self-serve programs.
Large ingredient capacity
A 1.5 kg bean hopper and three 1.5 L powder canisters reduce interruptions between refills.
Dual high-speed mixers
Two mixing assemblies support smooth, consistent preparation across soluble beverage recipes.
Automatic cleaning
Guided automatic cleaning functions simplify regular care and support reliable daily operation.
Remote management
Connected monitoring enables compatible machine information and controls to be accessed remotely.
Payment ready
Compatibility with supported mobile or cashless payment solutions helps adapt the machine to paid service.
Service-friendly access
An openable top and organized internal layout make ingredient loading and routine maintenance more practical.
Fresh coffee meets flexible ingredients.
The Legacy combines a whole-bean grinder, professional espresso brewer and three-canister soluble system. Recipes can unite coffee, powdered milk and other ingredients in a compact commercial workflow.
Sized for the counter. Equipped for demand.
The Legacy is a commercial automatic platform intended for staffed and self-service locations. Final electrical, water and drainage requirements should be confirmed for the supplied configuration before installation.

- Provide suitable side and rear ventilation and unobstructed technician access.
- Confirm potable water, drainage and machine-specific electrical requirements before installation.
