Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the Jalisco Highlands. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and double-distilled, this flavored expression infuses Cazcabel's smooth Blanco tequila with natural, fresh-picked green jalapeño peppers to deliver a bright, balanced profile with an authentic kick of savory heat.
Food Pairing: Fresh guacamole, spicy mango salsa, fish tacos with spicy slaw, grilled prawns, and ceviche.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear with bright silver highlights and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel.
Nose : Fresh cut green jalapeño pepper, crisp vegetal notes, sweet cooked agave, and vibrant lime citrus.
Palate : Smooth entry featuring sweet roasted agave and bright citrus, quickly followed by a savory, fiery burst of fresh green jalapeño.
Finish : Medium-to-long, clean, and warming with a lingering, pleasant pepper heat and crisp agave sweetness.
Serve : Serve neat, well-chilled as a shot, on the rocks with a lime wheel, or as the perfect base for a Spicy Margarita or Paloma.
