The Volstead Act ruthlessly annihilated American distillation. Buffalo Trace legally pumped out medicinal spirits throughout the 1920s. The Prohibition Collection Series 2 acts as a brilliant liquid time machine. This stunning five-bottle wooden display resurrects forgotten brands like Mirror Brook and Very Oldest Procurable. You hold history in your hands. Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley dug deep into the archives, painstakingly reviving these obsolete medicinal recipes to construct a remarkably authentic homage to the past.
We totally admire the insane variety hiding inside this custom box. You get a spectacular spectrum of American whiskey styles. Anderson’s Belle provides a lush, creamy bottled-in-bond wheated bourbon experience. Meanwhile, Silver Wedding Rye delivers fierce, unvarnished pepper notes. The uncut Very Oldest Procurable barrel-proof bourbon aggressively attacks your eager palate, relentlessly pushing dense layers of rich cherry and toasted oak forward. It drinks like an absolute dream.
Securing this extremely allocated release requires incredibly fortunate timing today. Serious collectors ruthlessly hoard these sets. The presentation alone justifies the intense hype surrounding this annual drop. Unlocking the detailed wooden case reveals five distinct, painstakingly crafted chapters of Kentucky’s most resilient, defiant era perfectly preserved in amber glass. Each vintage label tells a fascinating story. Don't miss this museum-quality collection.
